The rooms are modern, with jacuzzis available. The accommodation is amazing, and the staff is very welcoming. The location is marvelous, just a 10-minute walk to a shopping mall. This was a great trip to this shopping area. It was certainly a restful experience for an overnight stay in Albertville.

The hotel was fairly clean and amazing, had pleasant views of the man made lake. The room was modern, it was functional and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was savoury and wonderful with plenty of choice. Nothing too much trouble, I liked the thanksgiving.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by all the great amenities. Firstly, the location of the hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to do some shopping at the nearby outlet mall. It's in a nice safe area and very convenient. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. And lastly, the rooms were spacious and clean, with a jacuzzi included on the upper floors. Plus, the breakfast included in the rate was delicious, with options like rosemary potatoes and a variety of hot drinks. I was also impressed by the bookshelf in the lobby, a nice touch.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was perfect!

There should be a grab bar for safely getting into and out of the tub...especially in a room designated as handicap accessible. I almost fell.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located near an outlet mall. The location was perfect for us, as we love to shop and explore. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and ample storage space. The staff members were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also loved the breakfast options, with a variety of tasty choices to start our day. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily walk to the outlet mall and explore all it had to offer.

We did notice a dirty air intake filter in the lobby, which was a minor downside amidst an otherwise pleasant stay.
